I was wondering if there was a page on your dealer site that contains definitions or simple one to two sentence descriptions that pertain to your product. It's been almost a year since I sat through the QS sessions and we have been taking this website building thing a little too slow for me to retain some of the information. I have often come across a term or option mentioned that I *think* I know what it means but I'm not positive and it bugs the bejeezus out of me so I search and search for the correct answer and often find nothing that helps. I just ordered a new site to be set up and ran into this problem again just filling out the form. It is very hard to find out and specific information and/or quickie answers without having to go through all the manuals and other sources that are available individually. I usually don't have enough time to play hit and miss on where I might find the answer or definition that I need. An example of what I'm talking about on your order form would be on the design integration drop down... In my head I think I know what 'integration' means but then I start thinking, oh no you're wrong.. and my brain implodes and confusion ensues. I may be over explaining... In a nutshell, is there a definitions page? Or maybe even a page that goes through the order form and explains what each option involves maybe? For us people who don't actually get to order stuff that often... this is only the second site that We've ordered and the last one was almost 6 months ago or something... I confuse easily these days.. thinking the 40 days of triple digit temps have fried my tiny brain...
