I uploaded a test animated gif file and while it is animated in the preview on the available header art page, when it is actually on the home page it does nothing. Will Flash work in the header area? I am not Flash savvy, but I'll certainly start learning it if I need it to make this happen. Also.. as far as I can see this area does not support the content rotator option for switching out art. True? Am I still the only one that ever asks questions here? I would ask in the actual demo site messages section, but I figure other people might benefit from some of these answers...

This is because the header image, is actually placed as a background image with some Flash functions on top of it. These functions include a text ticker and some Flash image effects. However we will add support for animated GIFs in later versions. If you need flash in the header area, we can add that for you as a customization. And please feel free to ask questions here, as you have rightly mentioned, other people might benefit from some of these answers.
